AN INTERVIEW WITH AUTHOR HOSAM SAEED | AUTHOR INTERVIEW
Me: Did you always know that you would write a book someday?
Hosam: yes I been always wanted to write a book from very young age
Me: What inspired you to write this book?
Hosam: My cat, Marco. He always finds a way to calm me when I am sad or angry.
Me: How did the cover of your book come to be? Is it exactly like you envisioned?
Hosam: yes, it took me a while to find the artist for my book but I did find an awesome team to draw my vision of the book.

Me: Do you intend to keep writing?
Hosam: Yes, I will never stop, marco the missing 2 is in the works
Me: What would you say is your most interesting writing quirk?
Hosam: Putting myself in the character.
Me: How many books have you written? Which is your favorite if more than one? If only 1 book then do you plan on writing more?
Hosam: I have written a lot of stuff from theater, pomes, comic books, children book
My fav is the comic book series, and I am planning to release it soon
Me: Was there any interesting tidbits you edited out of this book?”
Hosam: No, none I can think of.
Me: Who are your role models?
Hosam: Erin Hunter, the author of Warriors, is my role model.
Me: Can you tell us more about your book What is it about?
Hosam: It’s a children’s book that will grab your attention and pluck your heartstrings, It is a tale of a young kitten abandoned by his mother and how he struggles to find a place he can call home.
A heartwarming tale of a lost cat and how his willingness to never give up helped him find the home he always wanted.
Me: What guidance would you offer to someone new, or trying to enhance their writing?
Hosam: I have been working on publishing my children book for over 10 years. I was finally been able to publish it in Amazon kindle, it has been a very hard and long road for me, looking for artists and editors and where to put it published it. A lot of people thought that I wouldn’t be able to accomplish this, but I finally was able to fulfil my dream with the help of my determination and stubbornness and not losing hope, I am finally out there. I have published my book! S, you see that I have done it, I worked hard, I researched, I found the answers, so if I can do it, you guys can do it.
To Make your dreams come true, never give up and one day it will happen.
Me: Can you tell us more about Marco, what kind of cat is he. How would you describe him?
Hosam: Marco is a Turkish van cat breed. He is kind, loving and a very playful cat. He only allows the author to pet or to get close to him because of a trauma which happened to Marco in the past. This trauma will be the story of the 2nd book of Marco the missing.

Hosam is 30-year-old person with Asperger autism, even with that difficulty he followed his dream and never gives up, and he has written a lot of unpublished things from the theater, poems, comic books, and children books, I have been working on publishing my children’s book for over 10 years.
